A Coordinated School Health Program is a systematic approach directed towards practicing and coordinating health through school resources, while furthering healthy practices and education for the well-being of the students, faculty, families and local communities.

Services:
  • Communicable Disease Training

  • Blood Bourne pathogen Training

  • Diabetes Training

  • Anaphylactic Training

  • Medication Administration

  • Triage and care

  • Kindergarten Screening

  • Annual Hearing and Vision Screening

  • Ohio Department of Health reporting

  • Assist with IEP evaluations

  • Lice Checks

  • Maintain Student Health Records

Professional Staff:
  • Trained RNs/Health Aides

  • CPR/First Aid Certified

  • AED trained

  • BCI/FBI Background check

  • VIRTUS Trained

Mrs. DeAnne Mercilliot is the Heath and Services school nurse and nurses aid supervisor.  Mrs. Mercilliot is a graduate of Knoedler School of Nursing.  She has been with MEG since 2017.
